Its becoming to more common that batteries are being sold not meeting the stated specs and were here to make sure that's not the story you tell.
All cells are individually balanced and matched before assembling into packs and spot welded together. This ensures the pack have the longest life possible.
Every battery comes with a Battery Management System (BMS) installed to regualte the pack under charge and discharge conditions.
Again this is matched to the requirements you give during qualification/quotation so that there is never any doubt about being let down miles from home!
